Sales tax is based on where the equipment is picked up or delivered. If the sale takes place in Pennsylvania or ships to a state where we are required to collect tax, we must charge the applicable sales tax. We are legally required to collect and submit that tax to the state.

If you qualify for a tax exemption, you must provide a completed and signed sales tax exemption certificate for the state where the item will be delivered. The form must be submitted at the time of purchase and properly filled out. Without a valid exemption certificate, we are required to charge sales tax.
